Mr price money hungry

My price handed over my account on the 7th December. They did not assist in any way. On the 6th of December my child passed away, they did not care, I offered proof, they did not care My previous job did not pay me for months, I offered proof, they did not care. They showed no remorse, they a financial provider and showed no regard for any regulatory standards or steps, I was in financial and emotional distress.

The matter will be escalated to the ombudsman if suitable agreement not in place,

I am now in the position to settle account but still they are not interested in correctly addressing the issue at hand
