Mr Price Money has ***** insurance policies and don't respond!

I have been inundated with calls for the past few weeks (I cannot actually answer the calls. as my phone is damaged, but I see it ringing constantly and can get sms's, there's just no sound in or out, and I don't have money to fix it).

I app**** for my Customer Protection Plan (retrenchment policy) in Nov, and NO response from them. I've loan R150 every month to at least pay something to them since my retrenchment. Now I get harassing and threatening sms's from them too. I have emailed them 3 times, as I received a voicemail on 11 Feb to say that my retrenchment cover was approved until May, and I spoke to someone around the same time on the phone, NO ONE REPLIES TO MY EMAILS. They still add the retrenchment fee to my account every month, but no one bothers to acknowledge me, hence I'm using Hello Peter as a platform.

On 26th Feb my email was forwarded to the insurance department, NO RESPONSE still. Mr Price is *****. Clearly I'm not running away if I'm trying to email every time and paying what I can!!!

Don't take out their policies (Customer Protection Plan), because AFTER you take out the policy via the app, and when you want to claim, you then only get the fine print that you need to be out of work for 3 months before they'll even consider your claim.... *****S.
