Mr price money ***** with insurance added after account clised

Mr Price Money. I fully paid my account and received a paid up letter IN December, yet 8months later I suddenly receive a statement stating I am 3months in arrears due to insurance. How can you contact me 8months down the line and demand payment for an account with no credit limit whatsoever. I don't get joy out of *** at all. I phoned the nr, the lady was going to write back the amounts but Bang today I received a statement woth a bigger outstanding amount. Next stop. Ombudsman and regulator.
