MR PRICE MONEY CARD USELESS APPLICATION

I have app**** online for a MRP money card, received an sms saying it has been conditionally approved and I need to send my documents thru. I emailed my documents and no feedback, but yet I still get the same sms sent to me 3-4 times a day and then I get calls from Mr Price cellular and insurance that I just blocked the number. Went onto the website and went onto the chat, the agent joins the chant , Pearl but DOES NOT SAY ONE WORD !!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A CHAT?? Please just cancel the application and STOP PHONING AND SENDING SMS!!!!
