Mr Price Money

Good day, I trust you are well.

Needless to say I am very unhappy with the Mr Price app, absolutely nothing works, there is so much error's. I had to contact somebody a week ago from Mr Price to upload my Mr Price Money account card as I have tried myself but for weeks I got the following message on my screen: "Internal Server Error". Then when somebody from Mr Price uploaded my Mr Price Money Card for me. I have placed my first order. I went to payment options - the same thing happens, when I try to add my banking details.

Absolutely NOTHINGS works, and as you can see from this message I am very unhappy. Even considering closing my account and opening one somewhere else, where I can use an app that works to my convenience. This is very shocking. I can't even update my contact details on the app which is a very basic thing to be able to do as the internal server error appears again.

I am not usually someone that complains, but this is not just a temporary problem this has been a problem for weeks now.

PLEASE can this be sorted out asap.
