MR PRICE MODIMALL - WORST SERVICE EVER!

I received the absolute worst service ever at Mr Price at ModiMall in Modimolle today. I went to exchange a jean. My shoulder is broken and my arm in a sling. I am 63 years old. They had me wait for almost an hour. I spoke to Lucky, who refused to help me any quicker. I asked for a manager, and was referred to an assistant manager. She refused to give me her name and refused to address the issue either with Lucky in person or in writing. I am very upset as I am a loyal customer and now can never go back.
