Mr Price Mobile/Cellular insurance bad service

Bad service by Mr Price Mobile/Cellular insurance I have claimed a cellphone as i have insured it been weeks & months without assisting me as I called them everyday they are taking up and down while nobody knows what to do while I am up to date with my insurance... They don't care that I need the cellphone as part of my life & career depends on it.

I would advise anyone please don't buy neither take any of f their service as they're bad service providers.
