Mr Price Mobile unfair

<p>I was offered a cellphone on their new network Mr Price Mobile .I accepted but when I received the phone it was nothing like I expected. I kindly requested they stop my debit order and was more than willing to pay the cancellation fee. I asked for banking details so I can pay it.they however said it will be debited on the first of the month. When I called to enquire about the debit order they could not be found.I was kept holding for very long periods of time with numerous attempts .I never got hold of any consultant who I can talk to. They didn't debit my account but now faced with threats to be blacklisted.I was never notified that the payment was unsuccessful and they were never available for queries. I am very disappointed as I was always more than willing to pay this cancellation amount and now I'm taken to the credit bureau! Still calling their call centre and not getting through! </p>
