Mr price mobile insurance incompetence at its best!

I purchased a phone and took up insurance at Mr Price Phoenix plaza, In early July my phone screen cracked and I went to the shop to submit my claim from the insurance I got the worst service and was told to speak to a company called Monitor sa who underwrite their insurance 3 months and a complaint later I still do not have a working phone and the consultant assigned to handling my complaint is ignoring my emails . I will be taking this further because I have clearly been paying for nothing.
