Mr price mobile "free simcards"

I am utterly disappointed in the way in which Mr.Price conducts its business. I opened an account with them some time last year. I was contacted by a call centre agent from MRP mobile notifying me that I qualify for a "free" mobile simcard and I do not need to make any payment for same unless I make use of this simcard. It has come to my attention that an amount of R129 for the activation fee has been deducted from my account, which I did not consent to. A further R75 from June 2018 to January 2019 has been deducted each month and it has recently come to my attention. I contacted customer care and they have "cancelled" the "contract". They are however not saying whether they will reimburse me with the money deducted from my account. I believe that this is a money making scheme as they reel in their account holders advising that they "qualify" for something, but in turn will end up being liable for something that you "qualify" for. This is a true act of misrepresentation of a contract. A misrepresentation is an untrue statement of fact or law upon which a party relies in being induced to enter a contract, and which thereby causes the relying party to suffer loss.
