Mr Price Mobile does't bother with it's customers

I wish to make a complaint against Mr Price Mobile for more than two week I have waited for a response from Mr Price Mobile, which I was told I was going to receive, after my last complaint about the fact that I paid from a service from Mr Price Mobile that I never was even able to use. I do not see why I must pay for something that I have never been able to use or even test. I totally wholeheartedly regret my decision to ever be part of Mr Price Mobile as I have had nothing but troubles with them, I am thoroughly disgusted with this whole situation and am adamant that this will never happen to me against, not from Mr Price Mobile or any other business in South Africa. Telemarketers do not ever try and contact me. This all just reflects in my opinion the disaster that South Africa has become.
