Mr Price Mobile ****************

I am contracted to MR Price mobile we agreed that last month they will debit R199 as agreed. on the 30th July My employer deposited money in my account MR PRICE debited another R199 which I requested my bank to reverse because the agreement is that I will pay R199 for The first month and R79 for the remaining period of the contract, but today they sent me a message saying I will have to pay R231 which I do not understand. I view this as broad day light *******. Please assist me I have big family to look after. I cannot afford this

Thank you for your response your manager promised me the problem will be resolved, yet when we spoke over the phone i inquired about the debit order which billed beyond our agreement, he told me i have an allowance which we never agreed on, and he can not reduce the debit order amount which leaves me disatisified and aggrieved because i never agreed on any of the data bundles your offering me, and i continuously receive sms from cell c which you work hand in hand regarding this matter, alerting me on me " your data is not backed up, add a backup account now. i wonder how it surpassed the amount of R79 which we agreed on if i dont have this backup account
