Mr Price mobile billing after i called to cancel the card

i was offered a sim card by mr price i took it thinking it will be useful to me, after a few days i phoned them to cancel it. i did not receive statements from August now in November they are billing me for something i did not use. And the call center sucks, your line are terrible.
