Mr Price Mobile are ********

I opened an account with Mr Price Mobile. But upon not receiving the phone within 14 working days I canceled the contract. As per Mr Price Group this was not cancelled, and they started harassing me for payment. After numerous conversations with several consultants explaining the situation about the phone. They handed me over to the Debt Collectors. And Mr Price no one can ever assist me with this issue even though it confirms on their system that I cancelled the contract. Mr Price was asked to sent me confirmation letter stating I do not have the phone. Now they are sending me from pillar to post,even though they have all the documents they asked me to send. I have lost all patience with them.
