Mr Price Mobile

I have recently noticed on my current Mr P Money accout statement R100 deducted on my account for Mr Price Sim Card. I called the call centre to find out what the charges are for. I was advised they will do a call audit to prove I have agreed to the sim card. In my mind its clear I have not agreed to a sim card, nor received it. I receive an email with the following: “Good Day,

@ 00: 56 Agent " Basically , your sim card comes loaded with only R100 worth of airtime which gets billed conveniently to your store card monthly for you". @ 2 :37 Agent " Basically , there will be a once-off sim activation fee of R100 charged to your account". @ 3 : 22 Agent "So , we can deliver to your work address that will be more convenient but we will give you a call as well for delivery , Okay". @ 3 :45 Customer confirmed his work address for delivery. @ 5 : 37 Agent "Should you refuse this package upon delivery , there will be a charge of R100 billed to your store card". “

Nowhere in the above quote, do i say i agree to the sim card. So i call again, and this lady rudely tells me that i have received the sim card which i never did. I asked her one simple question, was the sim card activated, because i have never used a Mr Price sim card, so how can i be billed R100 for a sim card that was never activated. Ive been paying my account in store by just asking how much was due, so i look at my statements and i find out ive been paying an extra R100 since Jan 18 for a sim card i have never activated, nor received. Why is Mr Price cheating, why was the call agent bullying me to pay the lasted charged R100?

I want all my R100 refunded, i dont want any credit notes addad to my account. I will close this account as soon as this is sorted.
