Mr Price Mobile
<p>I took a contract with Mr Price Mobile earlier this year. After 2 months the phone had a screen problem and would not work. I contacted Mr Price Mobile and they collected the phone and i did not hear from them. I phoned them and they said it would take 21 days. The phone was collected on the 4th of August 2016 and i still haven't received the new phone. I always have to contact them and they do not keep me updated on the phone, when i do speak to the call center they keep telling me the warehouse wont answer the phone. They keep telling me they will get back to me but they don't. I have posted on their Facebook page and they asked me to email them which i did but still no phone. Their service is terrible. I have been paying for a phone i do not have!! What more can i do?</p>

I have just received a delivery from the courier company from MRPmobile.
I took out a contract for a SAMSUNG J1 and received a HISENSE U601....what's going on? Why do i receive a phone that i did not sign a contact for, it is not what i am paying for and why has nobody even called to explain why i received this phone.
