MR PRICE MITCHELLS PLAIN PROMENADE BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I called the Promenade Mitchells Plain Store on ********** at 15:06pm I am currently still holding on and its 15:30pm after the phone ran for 3minutes before someone actually answered, the lady just said hello, I spoke and she said hold on and I'm still holding what PATHETIC SERVICE is this not a single person came back to the phone and I am still holding on and all I want to know is whether they have unpacked a shoe that I am interested in purchasing!!
