Mr price Mitchell's plain bad service to loyal customers
The service at Mr price promenade and westgate mall Mitchell's plain suck. As a regular customer I find the service disgusting. When it comes to returning and item. I returned the item with tags on they could not refund me which I was fine with. Then I took items to the same value not for but as a gift for someone else they wouldnt allow me to have copy so that I wouldn't have the same problem if someone wanted to exchange there item with proof of perchase I'm sitting with items that I can not exchange because they requested there receipt back

I have spent over R25 in less than 3 months at your stores! with the bad the bad service i received i dont feel i should recommend shop at your stores. 95% of my clothing and family and friends clothing are bought at your stores. As a loyal customer i dont feel as special as i make Mr price to be your staff has know customer ethics they would rather stalk you as if you are a shop lifter than to assist you or even greet as a customer
