MR Price missleading information!!

I have closed the Mr Price account last year Oct 2018. I told the lady who assisting me to check how much is outstanding against my name. according to that lady it was R56,00 Fifty six rand. I paid all that amount at once which was their account charges.

I wanted to apply for something which needed my credit record, I am taken by surprise when I was told I have a misconduct against my name. I checked with TransUnion they told me MR PRICE logged a misconduct against my name that I closed their account while I awe them! in this case I feel being mistreated and a defamation of my credit record has been mislead by a carelessness from MR Price. In the times I had MR Price active not even once I was ever called by them to remind me about my debts. I currently cant apply for anything because of that!! MR PRICE ruined my reputation for a miscommunication from their side!
