MR PRICE - Missing Just One Monthly Instalment

I am a VERY LOYAL customer for MR PRICE and I pay my monthly instalment R600.00 every month or even pay more if I have extra cash. But I happened just to miss one payment for March due to unforeseen circumstances and boom I receive calls from Mr Price Head Office or call Centre asking me when will I be making the outstanding payment.

That was not enough, I have received my Credit Score report today (07 May 2021) and guess what, my score has dropped due to Mr Price account because of that one outstanding instalment.

I am so EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED, just one instalment and then I am a BAD PAYER.

I wish to close it, but due to the fact that I have kids it will be so difficult to do so.

Mr Price need to reconsider its decisions before taking any further steps.
