Mr Price ****ming its customers!

I returned an item to Mr Price Fourways Mall. Instead of the amount of the item being deducted from my account, Balance increase (as if i was buying the item again). When I queried this with the cashier, I was told its their system I should check the following day all will be in order..... Its been over 15 days of going back and forth no one will help me. Im not sure if Mr price deliberately de*****s their customers or what is going on. If you have an account with Mr Price and you happen to return items, please ensure your balance reduces instead of being added on!!!!
