Mr Price ****ming elders off their money with their Sim card!

Mom called the head office through the Mr Price Home store assisted by a store assistant to cancel her Sim card, they agrees that it would be cancelled. She then paid her account and when she checked instead the balance went up. Every time she pays, her money goes to that Sim card to automatically top up the same Mr Price Sim card. She's been sent from pillar to post with no help whatsoever. The whatsapp chat agents are clueless and leave you hanging. Useless store card to have. She has been trying for months and still no help.
