Mr Price / Milady's airtime **** .

I have an account with Mr Price who is part of Milady's for more than seven to ten years . I mostly use the account during December times or when I really need to , I always make it a point that my account is paid up within two to three months most time, hence my account always has a zero debit balance . I have never purchased airtime with my clothing account I don't know how to do that because I believe I need to sign for the purchased goods . In February 2020 I received a statement from Mr Price saying i am owing three thousand plus on my account , going to the store for detail statement i find out that was airtime purchased in one month , I explain that I have never purchased airtime with any clothing account . I was told to verify that by doing an affidavit and emailing that back to the together with my ID copy , I have done that but still receiving a statement with the same balance instead as Mr Price is part of Milady's I have also received Miladay's statement with a debit balance and going to the shop they told me that Mr Price has debited the account I must contact them . I have been taken from pillar to post can someone help me please .
