Mr Price messing up

Mr price call centre agent calls me and ***** to me about a product and essentially charging me unfairly. I complain and they say they will reverse the charges on my previously clear account. I receive my statement this month with the reversed charges but now I have other interest charges unfairly placed on my account after being promised by Liyanda in their complaints/finance decision that there would be no charges incurred. I am so annoyed with Mr Price and their shady practices. I now have to waste my time sorting out their mess.
