MR PRICE ****MED ME OF MY MONEY - I BOUGHT ELECTRICITY VOUCHERS THAT WERE NEVER GRANTED

I have an account with Mr Price. When I opened it, they said I will get 1000 vouchers, which is what attaçted me to open the account. Nothing has come my way even after numerous calls and emails. False advertising.

2 months ago I bought electricity vouchers, and I never received the tokens. I complained via the chat space on the app and also via email. They act as of they are resolving the matter but up to now, I have not been assisted. My money lost to Mr. price and they seem to not care.

What kind of a business is this that lacks ethics like this?!!! I have read many reviews of many customers and most a very bad. Please advise/assist MT MABENA Jacobs ***
