Mr Price MANAGER MALL OF THE SOUTH COMPLAIN

Hi I'm really sad and frustrated at the response I got from the Mr Price Manager Promise is her name from mall of the south. I also work for retail . I bought a jump suit from her store about 3 weeks ago never wore it, on the 29th of december I decided to wear it work only when I get to work I realise that its torn on my hip and under my arms ,I go straight there ask for a manager and explain that I hadn't worn this can they help me with a thread and a needle so I fix it, she was so rude infront of her staff saying that she doesn't keep. I didn't want to return it want my money back nor exchange it I had came up with a solution she rudely refuse . what makes me more mad is that I didn't get there and fight with them I understand its damaged. Am I not valued because I work for retail, am I not valued because I'm not causing drama because I'm not light in tone , why such bad service from the leadership, is her staff going to offer great customer service??? No because the blind is leading the blind . you guys need to make sure that you solve a customers problem , its crucial that customers are leaving the store happy and willing to come back not what we receive,its bad because its not staff its the leadership!!!
