Mr price Management is supporting ************** against customers

About a month ago I was discriminated against at mr price (bluff) Durban while shopping with my sister i reported the matter and got a call from mr price management defending their employees instead of apologise and investigating the matter further but instead they decide to take sides as it been over a month now they promised to get back to me even after I showed them proof that I've been a customer their for years and it was the first time I was accused of being a ***** in their store, i am a professional and a respected person in my job I would choose to ruin my reputation and the risk of loosing my job for *****ing clothes. I offered the lady who called to email her all my slips i have accumulated over the year at mr price since they started emailing them but she refused I still can’t set a foot a mr price to this day because I’m scared the same thing will happen again
