Mr price Manage Hope - what terribe service!!!!

I am appalled at the service received by the Manager of Mr Price Springfield Value centre. The managers name is Hope. I visited the store today with the intention of returning my top that purchased last week Thursday after 2pm. I unfortunately did not have the receipt but judging from the service I received from other Mr Price stores PREVIOUSLY I figured that this would not be a problem. I was greeted by a very stubborn cashier who then mentions that she cannot return the top without a receipt she then goes on to say that they store does not have any gift cards and they cannot assist. I asked the cashier who was assisting me to please call a manager because if the store doesn't have gift cards available I should then be entitled to a cash refund. I was approached by the manager Hope who then proceeded in speaking in Zulu to the previous cashier about my "attitude" and how I should have a slip - the joke is actually on them because I do understand the language and I was infact very offended that they thought it was okay for them to talk about me in a language they thought I did not understand.

The manager - Hope then suddenly leaves me standing by the till for 15 minutes without even informing that she is attending to my issue and will return. Hope then walks around the store, helps other customers talks to other people and there's me still standing by the till waiting for this manager to help me.

eventually I got fed up at the horrible service I fetched my top and left and as I drove off I hear this professional manager shout at me to return back to store, as irritated as I was I told her that i'm not interested and I will escalate this and she shows me a hand signal snobs me and carries on with customers watching this pathetic behaviour.

how can a company as big as Mr Price influence and encourage such behaviour. It is her job to portray professional and excellence customer service and the service I received from Hope was far from that.

I will never visits the Mr Price store in Springfield value centre after this horrible bad service from Hope.
