Mr Price Mall of the South, Johannesburg

I have made a purchase at Mr Price Mall of the South on the 11th of December 2024, I swiped my card they told me that the transaction was unsuccessful but on my side it had reflected that it had went through so they told me it will automatically reverse so I swipe my card again the second payment went through as well but to date the reversal hasn't been concluded to date, I keep driving and calling but no action is being taken.
