Mr Price Mall of Africa

So I went shopping at Mr Price Mall of Africa today. When paying, because I was using a card, they used a machine called a Mobile Pause. The transaction went through on my side but I did not get a receipt. Now Mr Price is telling me that I can only be refunded after 2 Days. The store guys tried to get hold of the head office but the calls couldn’t go through. Finally they called a store manager Who then called a guy named Phil who is said to be their regional leader. I must say that he didn’t tell me anything new. Instead he yelled at me explaining how the banking works. Now I wasn’t interested in that, I was interested in getting my money back that was clearly showing in my account that it had been deducted. After almost an hour, I was told that they will do a manual sale and I had to give them my car number details. There is no way in hell I was going to just give away my card details, I don’t care if Mr Price is a well known store but I wasn’t going to take that chance, I do not trust them anymore with my money or my bank account. Mr Price and the RUDE PHIL have just lost a customer.
