Mr Price Mall of Africa

By far the worst service ever. So I ordered online and got an email to say my order is ready for collection at Mall of Africa. So I go to get the order and outside the sealed package is my name so I take it and leave. Now when I get home I open the package to see the items only to get the shock my life that it’s not the items I ordered but my name was on the package. Next day I go to MrPrice Mall of Africa and get assisted by Millicent who apparently is the manager and she confirmed she will do a follow up of which she failed to do. Friday I got a call from some guy that works for MrPrice who said someone from online will call me and resend the package and apologize. Since Friday I got nothing from the person whom was meant to call me. Please note that FOLLOW UP AND KEEPING A CLIENT IN THE LOOP IS BY FAR THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT IN SERVICE. Then today the 28/04/2021 I call back the gentleman who called me and told me the lie about someone calling me and he tell me that he isn’t at work and I should go back to the Mall. First and foremost my car is using fuel to go each time to the mall n not get assisted. Secondly the number for MrPrice Mall of Africa doesn’t work n eventually spent 1hr on the line with some girl who told me that according to what she sees no query has been logged and I have received my package so I tell her that I didn’t and the order was incorrect. After wasting my airtime and fuel she still has the nerve to tell me that I must hold so she call the stupid branch. I have already spend more on trying to get this shot sorted out
