Mr Price making my life unnecessarily difficult.

I unfortunately opened a Mr Price account earlier this year. Naturally, I use the online option to pay my account as it is easily accessible. Each time I have tried to pay my account, the payment is not reflected on the Mr Price Money side. This means that I have to go through the tedious process of sending the proof of payment time and time again. I then need to wait two to three weeks for something to be done about it making it extremely difficult to use my account. This also results in me receiving a bad credit score because the Mr Price Money system is faulty. Thanks Mr Price.
