Mr Price makes loyal customers pay for the "sins" of other customers and has bad sevice

I wish to make a complaint against Mr Price. Firstly for their absolutely shocking customer service. During my last complaint Mr Price didn't even have the decency to come back to me as a customer when I complained how they are charging me for almost the full price of the item in one installment despite it being a 6 month account! On Saturday I came to pay my account and the installment is exactly the same as the previous month! Now I want an explanation how that can be as I paid R50 the previous month! (The item was only about R70.) The installment amount wanted was R45. Tell me then if the installments are almost the same price as the item what is the purpose of having an account? Its clear that I as a loyal customer am paying for the sins of all the customers in massive debt. This does absolutely nothing to encourage me to spend at Mr Price who I feel am actually being ********** by... especially in these difficult times don't they realise the more customers feel cheated the less they will spend.
