MR PRICE MAKE UP LAUNCH DAY - NIGHTMARE

My younger sister went to Mr Price Gateway on the 3rd of December. The day Mr Price launched their make up brand. She took her clothes to the counter and they told her to wait for me since I am the account holder(understandable ), We were both in the same mall just different stores. She came to me and when I get to Mr Price the store is closed (4:30pm) earlier than usual because of the launch. They refused to allow me in to pay( I didn't come in to shop). My sister went to call me to authorize the transaction on the account , despite me explaining to them. There were still customers in the shop paying so the tills were still operating (her items were in the till already),I went away. Called the store 9 o'clock when they opened, they never take calls I tried them several times. I called Mr Price Sport ( they answered) unfortunately they couldn't transfer me to Apparel. I took time off work to go get the stuff while it was still in the morning. They didn't reserve the stock they sent it back on the floor, they never bothered reserving it.

Why will they allow a minor to go out the store knowing very well that they wont allow her back in? Why they couldn't even inform her that the shop will close and she wont be able to get goods if she leaves ?

They need to learn to communicate and to use common sense to avoid inconveniencing customers, then they give you bad attitude om top of that. Its shows so much of disrespect.

I ended up spending more than an hour in the store, assisted myself to get her basket together because I already took time off work.
