Mr price mabopane

I return my phone few weeks ago .because it just went off .so they booked it into repairs. They told me that it will take two week for it to return .now is the forth week and still i haven't received a call from them .i went there today and ask the lady when will i be receiving my phone .she told me that she's not sure .it depends on the phone's condition .i just want my phone back ,if they are unable to fix it .i want a new one
