They don’t deserve a single star,I paid my account as I was instructed to by collections department.they failed to acknowledge my proof of payment,after I send it to them they still blacklisted me just because someone didn’t allocate my premiums in their accounts department. A.Pillay said to be a manager failed me after I sent her 20 email for her to resolve this.I paid my account and incurred an expense of trying to get hold of them Londiwe Shandu who failed to give proper customer service and promised to call me back after she picked up their company was at fault.and very rude
