Mr Price lack of service

I ordered a package at online Mr Price on 24 October 2022... I payed extra for door to door delivery at the given adress. The website states that door to door takes between 2-4 working days... On 27 October 2022 the delivery man phones me 10 minutes before 5pm that I must come collect my package at a different location far from my given adress... I told him that I payed exstra for door to door and that he must delivery it the next day at the given address.

On 1 November 2022 i requested a refund after still not recieving my package because it was supposed to be a gift for someone.

It is now 11 November and i still haven't received my refund

It was my first time ordering online at Mr Price

I would never order again, I am highly disappointed with the service I am receiving
