Mr Price KwaMnyandu- Unacceptable Service

Shopped at Mr Price KwaMnyandu with the customer in front of me requested at the till to fit her items in her handbag- I thought I heard incorrectly. After completing my purchase, I receive a foreign parcel postage plastic with no signage nor a hand section that allows ease to carry. It’s unacceptable really, surely plastic bags/ carrier bags should be ordered in excess because what else are customers expected to carry their purchases in.
