MR Price Kroonstad staff are *********!!!!!!!!

So yesterday I went to buy some clothes for me at Mr Price KROONSTAD as I'm currently 8 months pregnant at the moment. And as I was paying the card machine didn't print the slip the first time, yet I got an sms from my bank stating that the money was deducted from my account. I showed him on my banking app that the money was deducted. Then he refused to give me my clothes but I was very calm and asked what should I then do now. He insists that I get a bank statement TODAY and come back to collect my clothes. I didn't listen to him thankfully, and got a bankstatement yesterday with the statement that the money was deducted from my account. Then I went back after phoning their head office and they kept on insisting that I come back today with a Bankstatement of TODAY because it takes 24 hours for the transaction to show on their side. This morning I wake up and first thing I do is look at my bank statement and the transaction is completely erased from my bank account, so no evidence that I was there yesterday. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE FROM MR PRICE KROONSTAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
