Mr Price Kolonnade don't answer their phones!!

Mr Price Kolonnade Shopping Centre simply don't answer their phones. I tried calling them this morning. The first time, the line was engaged. I tried calling another ten (10) times and no answer!! The phone just keeps ringing until it eventually hangs up. This is ridiculous!! Are your people simply not working? Are you short of staff? Whatever the case may be, it's not acceptable. Right now I feel like closing my account! This is very poor service.
