MR Price Kolonade Online Till Service is very Poor!!!!

I am at Mr Price Kolonade with my wife (pregnant). We have stood at the online collection point for about 10 minites without any assistance. There were ladies at the till whom failed to communicate what so ever. I asked for the manager and was told that they are not available but a lady called Lizzy was, she however indicated that she will be with me shortly only to continue with whatever they were doing. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service especially because we orderd on line and that my wife has to wait whilst being pregnant for no reason. Mr P Kolonade please pick up your socks with regards to online service till, this is completely unacceptable!!! I have been here before and received great assistance but today! I called no answer!!!!
