Mr Price Kerk Street service is disgusting

Mr Price located at Kerk Street in Joburg CBD has to be one of the worst. For starters the store is quite a busy store given the location but then you’ll get only 2 cashiers working at the till while the rest are loitering around not even trying to assist customers when the line goes all the way to the back of the store, the wait time is approximately 40mins. Some of the staff members are rude when you ask for assistance, they give you one look or just continue with whatever it is that they were doing. The store is a mess, it’s just disorganized. The music is extremely loud to a point that you can’t have a conversation without shouting. There’s a new card system that they implemented, they are using some new card machine, however, only one cashier has access to it, then they move all the card paying customers to that line, it doesn’t make sense. I’m extremely displeased.
