Mr Price Jubilee mall staff is rude

I dread going to Mr Price Jubilee Mall. The staff is always unpleasant to deal with, they are always cold and rude. I recently had the pleasure of asking a lady by the name of Reneilwe where cargo jeans are and after she rudely pointed in the direction of jeans but not what I am looking for, she proceeded to snap at me when I asked again if she was pointing where I thought she was pointing.
