Mr Price Jubilee Mall Hammanskraal has the worst manager and cashier called Hlomphie.

A cashier by the name of Hlomphie at Mrp price Jubilee Mall Hammanskraal has the worst attitude and does not pay attention to what the client is saying. Firstly she did not give my sister change but the receipt only but my sister let it slide because already shouting her that she is laybying a lot of things of which I did not understand. When I was about to do my own lay bye she still didn't listen to what I was saying regarding how I wanted to split the payment between my card and cash. I gave her my card and she transacted the amount I had requested and I cash her cash to add on top I told her how much I would like to pay from the cash I gave her then she took all the cash and transacted it when I asked her why she just threw my card at me and said that the transaction is irreversible fine...I approched the store manager only for him to tell me that he is not the manager and I know he is the manager because I shop there almost every day he just ignored me didn't even care about what said he's responce was just OK I will address it on top of that Hlomphie is busy shouting that a colleague is asking for help in the OR Ladies department the shouting is being done with more than 20 clients in the queue and they all looked surprised and some even left before paying....... I have worked for this company myself and I am in the know that mrp proud it self by costumer service but what I witnessed yesterday was totally unacceptable and degrading for me as a client when someone throws my card at me and the manager also dismissed my complaint. People like her should not be working for mrp now I must start shopping elsewhere because at Jubilee mall you get your cards thrown at you. And the shouting that makes clients uncomfortable to the point of putting their baskets down and leave. I will never set my foot there ever again to be humiliated like yesterday.
