MR PRICE JABULANI MALL HAS NO RESPECT FO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

I went to exchange a top at Mr Price Jabulani Mall on Saturday 27 February 2021, the store didn't have the size and referred me to Newtown Junction. When I got to Newtown Junction I was told the store didn't have the colour or the size I was looking for and that Jabulani Mall was meant to phone Newtown Junction before they sent me there. I wasted my time and petrol traveling to another store. I have complaint with Mr Price Jabulani Mall and I was not assisted. They do not even acknowledge receipt of emails. Does Mr Price Group treat all their customers like second class citizens or is it just limited to Township customers? Particularly Jabulani Mall Customers?
