Mr Price issues

I have an account which I never skip payments, and had late payment in December 2025, then settle the account on the 5th of January, only to discover that they listed me on Credit Beaureu the account was not more than a month in arrears ( Experian) I email them, they confirm my account has a credit balance and promise to email Experian to remove my name. they are quiet. I want them to remove my name from Experian within 7 working days. They didn't follow NCR rules.
