Mr Price is useless! When it comes to their customers
I phoned, I send emails, phoned Mr HO no luck, no feedback nothing! I bought a phone on the 21Dec 2019, handed it back to them due to a fault. Phone was booked in for the repairs on the 2Jan. Up until now I am without a phone! The response I get each time I go into the store 'phone is still at the repair centre'. Mr Price just doesn't give a damn about their customers

13 Feb 2020, 10:37Mr Price Waterfront did not get back to regarding my phone that was booked in for repairs on the 3rd of January, it's easy to say 'its still at MTN repair centre- this is the only reply I get when I am the one following up. Did I purchase the phone at MTN or MR Price? Apperently the manager in charge of the phones at Mr Price is called 'Tommy' according to the sales assistant. No phone call nothing from his side. For the time being I must inconvenience other people by borrowing phones all the time.Seems like the customer is only good enough to spend money and open accounts.
