Mr Price is *****ing my money

I have complained about this before. I took out a Mr. Price mobile phone and Mr. Price is debiting the phone account AS WELL AS MY CLOTHING ACCOUNT with airtime. Mr Price is *****ing my money and not fixing the problem. I am ****ed
