Mr Price is *****ing money through their online app!

Worst online app ever, it *****s your money. Wanted to give them no rating but system does not allow me to. On the 15th July, I bought some stuff on their app but after payment was made I received nothing. The first time I made contact with them was on the 16th July and they advised me to send proof of payment to *** which I did. After this I called and spoke to Busisiwe Ndebele on the 22nd July 2021 who also promised to resolve my issue. I again sent proof of payment to same email address along with my card details and until today, I am still waiting. Seeing how winter is coming to an end, can I please have my money back you highway robbing leaches. I will never use your app nor will I make effort to go to any of your shops ever. Even after covid ends! I even tried whatsapp assistance also useless
