Mr Price is ******** clients

I opened an account with Mr Price in 2012 and my credit limit was R1000. After some few years they started sending me sms's that says if I want to increase my credit limit I should send them an email or follow the link of which I ignored those sms's because I was okay with my credit limit. They then decided to increase it without my permission, I then purchased some few items in April or May and continued to pay every month as usual. My monthly installment is R115 and I'm paying R200 every month but when I made a payment month end of September I noticed that the balance it's not decreasing and I consulted with a cashier she then called a manager by the name of Racheal at Mr Price Northmead mall. Racheal called Mr Price call centre and enquired about the problem they then said credit limit was increased automatically and when we asked them about the balance I'm owing because I'm paying every month but I'm hardly purchasing with the account. They said my last purchase was in June and they will send me a statement, only to find out that they sent me only a letter that shows only the balance brought forward but it doesn't show what I've purchased. I'm tired of this ********, previous years I was complaining about the same thing that I'm paying but it's like I'm doing nothing because my balance always stays the same and they same I have insurances of which I didn't sign up for and I told them to cancel them but now I'm experiencing the very same problem.

I don't want this account anymore I had enough with Mr Price they robbing us.
